Jokkmokk Guides is a small company owned and operated by Matti Holmgren and Stina Svensson. We live year-round in the small community of Jokkmokk, a village just north of the Arctic Circle. Here we have a Siberian Husky kennel<\/a> with approximately 45 Siberian Huskies and three Border Collies. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Who are we? What do we do? Why should you join us? What we can tell you is who we are, what we do, and why we do this. Whether this matches your wishes is something only you can answer. We are a small company of two people with a pack of sled dogs and a passion for outdoor life. Our tours are not run-of-the-mill tourist arrangements. Several of our tours are quite demanding expeditions in extreme environments. For us, it’s important that those who book these tours are the type of people who seek exactly this. We cater to those who want to leave the beaten tourist tracks and those who seek something more authentic, even if it sometimes means stepping outside your comfort zone.
