The cozy hostel was built as a forest ranger’s residence nearly 100 years ago. You’ll stay in the heart of Jokkmokk within walking distance to shops, attractions, tourist information, and restaurants. The bus stop and Inland Railway are located nearby. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Welcome to Jokkmokk Hostel \u00c5sg\u00e5rd! You’ll stay in the old forest ranger’s residence situated high on the ridge in central Jokkmokk. Everything is close by \u2013 ski trails in winter, hiking trails in summer, charming shops, the museum, the Sami Handicraft Foundation, and everything else Jokkmokk has to offer. <\/p>\n\n

If you stay here during the Jokkmokk Market, you’ll be right next to the market area! We offer comfortable accommodation in single, double, triple, or family rooms. For budget-friendly options, book a bed in a shared room. Regardless of your choice, bed linens and towels are included. You have access to a guest kitchen, sauna, engine heater – and a lovely outdoor area in summer. Our breakfast buffet offers homemade, home-baked, locally produced, foraged, and organic items. <\/p>\n\n
